Here is a list of our current prices for
volunteering, research, internships, Cultural Exchange, and the Volunteer Ecuador program. We strive to provide a reliable
service to our volunteers, students and visitors. At the same time we need to cover the administration and set-up costs associated with organizing and evaluating potential projects, as well as ongoing monitoring and support. But our aim is to hook volunteers up with worthwhile projects so that both the community and the volunteer benefit, rather than to make money.

Long-term
volunteer projects
For long-term
projects we charge a one-time set-up fee for making the arrangements,
visiting the community, and assuring that everything is ready for your
arrival. Volunteers pay the community directly for their food and
lodging at agreed prices. We can either pay it into a community bank
account for you or you can pay yourself in cash.

Internships
Interns working
on specific projects for the benefit of Yanapuma Foundation pay a one-time
registration fee plus a monthly contribution towards office and related

Cultural Exchange
Program
Costs for the
Cultural Exchange Program are on a weekly basis. The second week in the
same community costs less. Prices include lodging and meals in the
community, and some guided activities. Additional activities are available at extra cost and each community has a list with established prices that you can choose from.

Community
Accommodation Costs
This is what
students, volunteers and interns pay per day when staying in an
indigenous community for food and lodging. We can pay this money direct
into a community account for you or you may pay it directly to the
community yourself.
