Bua - Participatory Planning

In November and December of 2010 we engaged in a process of participatory planning, meeting with each of the 7 social groups of the community on at least 2 occassions in order to elicit their visions, desires, needs and suggestions for the future. We reveiwed with each group what we had achieved with them so far, learning from our mistakes, and renewing our committment to work together in an open, transparent and communicative collaboration.

The plan that we are producing for each group will be presented to them for internal discussion, and once we have received their feedback we will produce a final version that will be signed by both parties, and which will form the basis for our fundraising and project work for the next year and beyond.
