Erica Moreno Sosa: Estero de Plátano, 15 June, 2009
First of all I would like to thank the people who have provided me with this amazing opportunity to be able to continue my education. My name is Erica Vanessa Moreno Sosa, I am 13 years old, I live in the community of Estero de Plátano and I study at Atacames Technical High School. I am in Ninth Grade and I am doing very well in school right now even though one subject that has give me difficulty is English but I know that it is very important to learn English so that I can obtain a good professional job, working as an accountant or secretary, in order to help my family in any way I can. Also, I hope that by going to go to high school I can be able to go to University. My family is very poor and my mother only lives with my grandfather who is very old and not very healthy. I have one sister but she goes to school far away. As we do not have any help from our father because he does not speak to us anymore, I hope that this scholarship will provide me with the ability to help my mother in this difficult situation. Thank you very much:
Erica Moreno Sosa
